Hello
I like to travel as a tourist only and meet a lady friend. I plan to travel there in early June and return in June of this year 2017. Am I eligible as tourist to get Visa On Arrival? What is a legitimate site to process this? If my flight arrives after 10 pm, how do I get visa stamp with office potentially closed.
