How can Cook Islands citizens apply for Vietnam visa on arrival ?

There is no Embassy of Vietnam in Cook Islands, you need to visit the same competent authorities in the neighbor countries such as Mexico or United States of America.

If you have no condition to reach the locations, you can apply for Vietnam visa on arrival online on our website with four simple steps:

Step 1- Fill in the application form with your personal information and Vietnam visa on arrival request

Please notice that you must review all the details before moving to the next step to avoid receiving incorrect Vietnam visa.

Step 2- Settle the payment

You can choose any of the online payment method provided on our website or sending the fee directly by Bank Transfer or Western Union.

Step 3- Receive visa approval letter

Your letter will be sent after two working days if applying for tourist visa and three working days if applying for business visa. The letter is valid for entry counted from the date appointed in the application form not from the issued date.

Step 4 – Pick up your visa stamp at the arrival

You need to get in line at the arrival airport in Vietnam (Tan Son Nhat at Ho Chi Minh city, Noi Bai in Ha Noi city, Da Nang in Da Nang city or Cam Ranh in Nha Trang city) to wait for your passport stamped.

Once it is your turn, please submit these documents to the Immigration officer:

  1. Cash for stamping fee payment (Credit card is not acceptable). If you have already booked the full package (including visa stamp), you do not have to concern about this payment request.
  2. 2 photos 4x6 cm (or same size passport photos) . If you don’t have photos, please take photos at the airport when arriving and it costs 5USD/person in HCM. ( or 2 USD/person in Hanoi).
  3. Fulfilled Vietnam Entry and Exit Form
  4. Printed Vietnam visa approval letter.

To avoid wasting time, you’d better consider using our fast track service which guarantees that you don’t need to queue up as the others.
