I write my full name in SURNAME column as written my passport and in the Given name write FNU. But Vietnam visa application says to virrect it and write in the Given name?
Will it be ok ?

I currently hold the status of dual citizenship between Philippines & US. I had recently booked my trip to Vietnam later on this year with my US passport through the airlines.

Hey there, so I applied for a tourist visa at my embassy in Germany and they asked for an approval letter since I am a non European and then I can apply for the visa. The intended gate of entry mistakenly i have mentioned in Visa form as Cat Bi Int Airport (Hai Phong)

But actually gate of entry is Noi Bai International AirPort (Hanoi) will there be problem in entering

I mistakenly entered the wrong entry date on the EVISA application by one day and have already submitted and paid for the EVISA just minutes ago. Can it be corrected or do I need to start over and create a completely new EVISA application?

There is no port of entry on the e-visa, we fly auckland to hanoi so I put hanoi as port of entry on the application form. we stop first in ho chi minh and then fly to hanoi. Will it be a problem ? There is no port of entry on the e-visa we have received, but it does say hanoi on our dash board.

I have already asked about the single entry visa and been told that I will need to apply for a multiple entry visa to enter Vietnam, fly to Cambodia, then return to Vietnam. My wife and I will visit Vietnam in March, our plan is to visit Hanoi, then go to Cambodia and return in 4 days to Vietnam, to Ho Chi Minh. I have three questions:
1 - I understand that we need a multiple entry visa, correct?
2 - When filling out the visa application form there is a question about date of entry and date of departure - are these the dates of first entry and last exit from Vietnam?
3 - Likewise, there is the question regarding arrival port and exit checkpoint, do I fill in the first airport of entry and the last airport of departure?

Our question is: Can we enter Vietnam with a singel oneway ticket or do we must have departure ticket from vietnam before we enter vietnam? We are bagpacking and will only stay in vietnam for 7-10.

We arrive from the US at the Ho Chi Minh airport at 0635 hours and plan to catch a separate 1300-hours flight to Cambodia (not planning to leave the airport). I am a US citizen in Vietnam on a 30-day visa I arranged via the Vietnamese eVisa site. I find that I'd like to stay in the country for longer than 30 days. I understand that I may be able to extend my existing visa for an additional 30 days through a visa agency such as yours and not have to leave the country. I have already been approved for a single entry visa and I am currently in Vietnam, travelling around for 2 weeks. I then fly out to Bangkok and Singapore and then I transit back through Ho Chi Minh on the 27th February 2020 before flying out to Tokyo. I will not be leaving Ho Chi Minh airport but because I will be flying in with one airline and flying out with another, I will need to go through immigration and then check back in again. iran agencies says " we can take online visa by an vietnam's agency, is it right?
and how much is it, if vietnam agency do this for us and how long it takes?

I will probably get the bus from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh City,. On the Evisa form it only has the airport as the point of entry. Does this mean the bus drops us off at the airport and I follow the procedure of getting it stamped there?

I have been to Hong Kong for four days and left on January 26th, and plan to come back in Vietnam on February 10th (so 12 days apart). Hello, I just booked flights for a trip to Vietnam in March and I'm trying to determine the correct visa/letter to get, but the fact that I'm flying directly to Phu Quoc is posing a challenge.

Here is my itinerary...
- Fly from Los Angeles to Seoul to Phu Quoc
- Stay in Phu Quoc for four days
- Fly from Phu Quoc to Saigon to Siem Reap, Cambodia (not staying in Saigon, just transferring)
- Stay in Siem Reap for two days
- Fly from Siem Reap to Saigon
- Stay in Saigon for two days
- Travel throughout Vietnam (total time from initial arrival in Phu Quoc: 20 days)
- Fly from Hanoi to Seoul to Los Angeles

Since Phu Quoc is not a major port, I cannot get a approval letter for a stamp there, but I learned that Phu Quoc has a visa exemption, so it sounds like the first leg of this trip shouldn't be an issue. Now I'm wondering the following...

- Should I get a multi-entry visa, since I will be flying into Saigon on my way to Siem Reap, then flying back from Siem Reap to Saigon?
- Should I get a single entry visa, since I will only be transferring through Saigon, so the official entry for visa purposes would be the second arrival for my stay in Saigon, after which I'll be staying in Vietnam nonstop until my final departure?

I didn't realize this would be so confusing when I originally purchased the tickets, so I sincerely appreciate your help!

We planned to go from Cambodia to Vietnam tomorrow crossing the land border close to Ha Tien. We applied for the e-visa on 25th of Jan but so far got no response. I realised that Vietnamese got like 4 extra holidays due to Vietnamese New Year. That may be the cause? Is there anyway to go to Phu Quoc tomorrow on the Land way, e.g. getting Visa exemption as we are German and the tourist visa via e-Visa later?
